Delivery

Because of the nature of the products that we sell, we cannot give a one size fits all price for delivery.

Getting a Quotation

By clicking on the Add to Quote button followed by the Get Quote, button when you have finished browsing. Print the quotation off, then post or e-mail it to us. You can also phone use during office hours. The most economical delivery method for you will be applied to your quotation.

By sending the quotation form to us you are not committing yourself to proceeding with an order.

There is a lead time with some of our products. We will give this information along with a delivery date when returning our quotation to you.

Any collection of orders is strictly by appointment.

Payment

Payments can be made by cheque or credit card. Before goods can be released the cleared funds must be in our account.

Customer records

The information we keep on our customers only consists of Name, address, e-mail, phone, fax along with delivery addresses and products bought. No bank or card details are kept at all. All information is kept on a computer that is not connected to the internet or networked so we feel it is very secure.
